Lebel IAU Cell Care 1 Moisturizing Cellular Mousse is a moisturizing treatment for the scalp and hair, created to support softness, comfort, and a more cared-for appearance through the lengths and at the scalp. It is positioned as the first step in the Lebel “Happiness for Hair” recovery ritual and can also be used on its own when the hair and scalp need additional moisture and conditioning care. The formula with honey, hydrolyzed collagen, hydrolyzed elastin, sodium hyaluronate, ceramides, evening primrose oil, and sunflower seed extract helps maintain moisture, improve suppleness, and leave the hair feeling smoother and denser-looking after use. It is especially suitable when the hair feels dry, stressed, or dull and the scalp needs a fresher, more comfortable feel.
